3 North Park Avenue, Habitat for Humanity Hamilton:

Arcadis assisted Habitat for Humanity Hamilton in obtaining conditional site plan approval for a duplex. My responsibilities included planning feasibility due diligence, project management, site plan preparation, minor variance report preparation, and guiding the project to final approval.

City of Hamilton Transit Facility and Salt Storage Facility:

Arcadis provided architectural and engineering services for a new operations and maintenance storage facility on a 25-acre brownfield site. I assisted with project coordination and preparation of submission materials for site plan approval and building permits.

Sherman Avenue North, Habitat for Humanity Hamilton:

Arcadis was retained to support the development of five townhouse units. I conducted a zoning compliance review and assisted with the final preparation of the site plan.

Yonge North Subway Extension (YNSE) and Scarborough Subway Extension (SSE):

Arcadis secured the Technical Advisor Role for the YNSE and SSE projects in Toronto. I provided technical support, including GIS mapping, planning due diligence, and preliminary SWOT analysis.

777 Beach Boulevard:

This project involved the demolition and reconstruction of a legal non-conforming residential dwelling. I assisted in reviewing and coordinating the planning applications, site plan approval conditions, and technical drawings submission packages.

Stoneywood, Hamilton, ON:

Arcadis assisted with the Plan of Subdivision and site plan approval for the development of single detached dwellings and townhouse units. I prepared and revised site plans and submissions for Phase II and III Condominium Blocks.

McDonald’s, Various Locations (BC, ON, SK, QC):

Prepared concept plans, site plans, and Traffic Management Plans/Truck Turning Analyses to support various ongoing McDonald’s development projects across Canada.

Canadian Tire, Various Locations:

Conducted site plan revisions, zoning compliance reviews, development application preparations, and prepared minor variance reports to support project approvals.

Housekeeping Amendment, Greater Town of Napanee:

Assisted with the Greater Town of Napanee’s Housekeeping Amendment to the Zoning By-law and proposed zoning by-law amendment schedules.

Other Work:

Carried out technical work through design, GIS, planning policy research, project coordination, preparation of exhibits for OLT hearings, OPA, ZBA schedules, report writing, and drawing reviews
